Hi.
A new ECU was installed in a customer truck, we introduce manually the VIN a follow the instructions to replace an program the new ECU, the process was completed however only ECU and ABS are visible in the menu, nothing related to immobilizer, the engine doesn't start and there is a immobilizer fault. Other guy try to install other ECU before and I'm not sure if they did something with the keys. I have Autel KM100 but not sure if it's useful for this case, also I'm not sure if techline is not showing the immobilizer menu because keys are not validated.
The truck is a small model sell in Mexico and other countries as Tornado with 1.8 L engine, ECU is e83 model.
