Hello, im working on an 07 uplander bcm replace. Original works ok but doesnt let the brake lights operate. Tried reflashing with sps3 techconnect but for some reason the vin never changes. Original has mc912db128 and i was able to read eeprom and flash but the new one has an sc511337vpv mask 3k91d i believe. Is it the same processor? I couldnt find much info on it. I was also curious if you know any other way to change the vin or if i need to use a tech2win to reflash it. I was also going to look to see if i can find out whats making the original not work the brake lights. Thanks for the help.
