To register keys into a new/virginized immobilizer:
1. Ensure there is no key in the ignition.

2. While sitting in driver’s seat, close all vehicle doors but do not lock them.

3. Insert first master key into the ignition switch (do not turn) and wait 5
seconds.

4. Remove key and insert second master key into the ignition switch (do
not turn) and wait 5 seconds.

5. Remove key and insert a valet key into the ignition (do not turn) and
wait 5 seconds.

6. Remove key.

7. Once Auto Learn Mode has been closed, the immobilizer must be
resynchronized with the ECU before the car will start. Insert a MASTER
key into the ignition switch and turn to the ON position (do not crank
the vehicle!).

8. Insert the Toyota/Lexus OBD2 Resync Tool (shorts terminal 4 and 13)
and start a timer for 30 minutes.

9. Once 30 minutes has passed, remove the Resync Tool.

10. Turn ignition switch off and remove key.

11. Reinsert key and confirm that the vehicle can now be started.
Tip: If you would like to program less than 3 keys, Auto Learn Mode must be
closed manually: turn ignition switch on and then off 5 times within 10
seconds, then remove the key from the ignition.
